Activ8 is a premium sports performance facility in San Diego training professional and elite athletes for the last 8+ years. Their team of technicians and specialists create custom programs to optimize the performance of these athletes. They wanted to reposition their brand targeting the Millennial demographic, streamline its website functionality, and expand access to their proprietary training curriculums.
After auditing the Activ8's website it showed that overall website was to dark and lack hierarchy. In the redesign it was decided to lighten the website and make it feel more sporty and gender neutral.
In the redesign the website now how more white space and doesn't feel as heavy. The yellow has been changed to a neon yellow to make it feel more sporty. The typography was changed to a humanist san serif to make the website more inviting.
